Having successfully multiplied in recent years, the Chalkhouse herd is now offering some stock for sale to reduce our herd to a more manageable number! A selection of breeding and store cattle of various ages are available, please contact us for further details.

Cadarn Cargo (EX90) born March 2022, by Cadarn Freighter (EX92). Halter broken, very quiet and easy to handle. Shown with good results at Three Counties and Royal Welsh Show 2023 & 2024.

Bull wanted for hire to run with newly-established, small herd of ten pedigree cows and heifers based near Malmesbury, Wilts.

Two homebred cows born in 2020, each with calf at foot sired by Midsummer Meadows Horace. BVD Free Herd.

Tollesbury Sir Cador (April 19) excellent bull producing strong calves. Needing to move on as daughters now coming into herd.
Also young Bull Broad Oak Albie (Feb 23) has passed Society inspection.

Mature bull Woodbastwick Dalrymple for sale currently residing at the Emily Herd in Somerset. ‘Woody’ is 5 years 9 months old and has spent the last two years with the herd producing excellent offspring. Classified in October as EX90, Performance Figures: Calving ease direct 1.1, Offspring birth weight 43kg, 200 day weight 252kg, Lifetime DLWG 1.03kg.

Castleton Iolo (EX92), born Oct 2019, has produced strong calves at Woodfield and is now needing to move on due to his first daughters coming into the breeding herd. 

Cows and heifers of various ages available from the Stoke Golding herd, now being dispersed due to retirement.
